BSD BETONSLIBNING DANMARK IS LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONAL AND INDEPENDENT CONCRETE FLOOR GRINDERS!
We are recruiting experienced concrete grinding professionals living in the Schengen Area for large-scale projects throughout Denmark. You must be able to perform heavy concrete grinding, level uneven concrete floors and complete Superfloor projects from the initial grinding stage to the finished surface.

We are not looking for beginners. You must be able to work independently from day one.

🏗️ LARGE MACHINES – LARGE PROJECTS
BSD Betonslibning Danmark has a stated production capacity of up to:
✅ 15,000 m² of heavy concrete grinding per day
✅ 10,000 m² of concrete floor levelling per day

We work on large industrial and commercial projects where quality, efficiency and professional workmanship are essential.
🔧 OUR GRINDING EQUIPMENT

• HTC 1500 ixT
• Blastrac BMG 2200RC
• Professional Husqvarna concrete floor grinders
• Industrial grinding machines with working widths of 800 mm and above

🏗️ REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
✅ Minimum 5 years of documented, hands-on experience in professional concrete floor grinding
✅ Independent heavy grinding and removal of uneven concrete surfaces
✅ Concrete floor levelling and correction to specified flatness requirements
✅ Superfloor and professional polished concrete finishing
✅ Selecting suitable diamond tools, bonds and grinding sequences
✅ Safe and efficient operation of large industrial grinding machines
✅ Correct use of dust extraction equipment and daily machine inspections
✅ High productivity and consistent quality

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM YOUR WORK INDEPENDENTLY FROM YOUR FIRST WORKING DAY.
This is not a training position. If you travel to Denmark and it becomes clear that you do not possess the professional qualifications you claimed or cannot perform the work to the required standard, your employment may be terminated.

BSD's policy is that employees who do not possess the professional skills stated in their application are expected to pay for their own return journey.

💶 SALARY & EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
💰 €30.00 per hour gross
🕒 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
⏰ The working day normally starts at 7:00 AM
💶 €1,110.00 gross base salary per full working week
Salary is paid in Danish kroner, converted from the agreed euro-denominated wage.

OVERTIME PAY – DI/3F 2026

• First 3 overtime hours: approximately €40.03/hour, including base salary
• Additional overtime hours: approximately €50.06/hour, including base salary

Overtime, weekend work and public holiday work are paid according to the applicable collective agreement.
The euro amounts for overtime are approximate conversions of the official Danish collective agreement rates.

PENSION, HOLIDAY & SAVINGS
✅ 11% employer pension contribution, subject to eligibility
✅ 15.7% special wage savings contribution
✅ 12.5% holiday pay
✅ Five weeks of annual holiday entitlement
✅ Employment covered by the DI/3F Construction and Civil Engineering Collective Agreement 2025–2028
✈️ PAID FLIGHTS, ACCOMMODATION & COMPANY VEHICLE
✈️ Paid flights: BSD pays for return flights between Denmark and your home country for each agreed holiday period.
🏠 Private apartment: We help you find and arrange a self-contained apartment in Denmark. No housing deposit is required for the accommodation we help arrange. Employees pay their own rent.
🚐 Company vehicle: Employees travel from their accommodation to project sites using a company vehicle provided for work-related transport.
📋 Practical assistance: We assist with necessary applications, documentation and official registrations related to working in Denmark.
🇩🇰 Work location: Projects throughout Denmark.

We are recruiting experienced concrete grinders residing in the Schengen Area who have the legal right to work in Denmark.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Minimum 5 years of professional concrete grinding experience
✅ Ability to work independently from day one
✅ Category B driving licence
✅ Ability to communicate in English
✅ Reliable, responsible and quality-focused

MAJOR ADVANTAGES:
⭐ BE / B+E trailer driving licence
⭐ Experience transporting large industrial grinding machines
⭐ Experience with HTC, Blastrac and Husqvarna equipment
