DK-Byg ApS søger en engageret, ansvarsbevidst og teknisk kompetent projektleder til vores bygge- og entreprenørvirksomhed.

Virksomheden arbejder med forskellige bygge- og renoveringsprojekter, herunder planlægning, koordinering og gennemførelse af tekniske installationer og bygningsrelaterede arbejdsopgaver.

Som teknisk projektleder får du en central rolle i planlægningen og styringen af vores tekniske projektaktiviteter. Du vil have ansvar for koordinering af tekniske installationer, projektopfølgning, kvalitetssikring og samarbejde med håndværkere, teknikere, leverandører og øvrige projektledere.

Stillingen henvender sig særligt til kandidater med en teknisk uddannelse inden for industriel automatisering, instrumentering eller tilsvarende tekniske fagområder, som ønsker at anvende deres tekniske kompetencer inden for bygge- og entreprenørbranchen.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver

• Planlægning og koordinering af tekniske installationer på byggeprojekter.

• Projektstyring af ventilationsanlæg, elektriske installationer, styringssystemer og øvrige tekniske bygningsinstallationer.

• Udarbejdelse, gennemgang og vedligeholdelse af teknisk dokumentation, tegninger og projektmateriale.

• Ansvar for kvalitetssikring, teknisk kontrol og dokumentation af installationer.

• Koordinering og ledelse af samarbejdet mellem håndværkere, teknikere, leverandører og projektledere.

• Teknisk fejlfinding og opfølgning på installationsarbejde.

• Overvågning af projektforløb, tidsplaner og tekniske leverancer.

• Sikring af, at tekniske arbejdsopgaver udføres i overensstemmelse med gældende krav og standarder.

• Identifikation af forbedringsmuligheder og optimering af tekniske arbejdsprocesser.

Dine kvalifikationer

Vi forventer, at du:

• Har en teknisk uddannelse som specialiseret tekniker inden for industriel automatisering og instrumentering eller en tilsvarende teknisk uddannelse.

• Har god forståelse for tekniske systemer, måleteknik og automatisering.

• Har interesse for byggeri, tekniske installationer og projektledelse.

• Kan arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar for tekniske projektopgaver.

• Har gode organisatoriske og koordinerende evner.

• Arbejder struktureret, analytisk og løsningsorienteret.

• Har gode samarbejdsevner og kan kommunikere med forskellige faggrupper.

Erfaring fra bygge- og entreprenørbranchen er en fordel, men ikke et krav. Der vil blive sørget for nødvendig introduktion til danske byggemetoder, tekniske standarder og virksomhedens arbejdsgange.

About the Position

DK-Byg ApS is looking for a motivated, responsible, and technically qualified Project Manager to join our construction and contracting company.

Our company works with various construction and renovation projects, including the planning, coordination, and execution of technical installations and building-related activities.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a central role in planning, managing, and coordinating our technical project activities. You will be responsible for coordinating technical installations, project follow-ups, quality assurance, and cooperation with construction workers, technicians, suppliers, and other project managers.

This position is particularly suitable for candidates with an educational background in Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, or related technical disciplines who wish to apply their technical knowledge within the construction and contracting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate technical installations across construction projects.

• Manage projects involving ventilation systems, electrical installations, control systems, and other technical building installations.

• Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and project materials.

• Ensure quality assurance, technical inspections, and proper documentation of installations.

• Coordinate and manage cooperation between construction workers, technicians, suppliers, and project managers.

• Handle technical troubleshooting and follow up on installation work.

• Monitor project progress, schedules, and technical deliveries.

• Ensure that technical work is carried out in accordance with applicable requirements and standards.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimize technical workflows and project processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

We expect that you:

• Hold a technical qualification as a Specialized Technician in Industrial Automation and Instrumentation, or an equivalent technical qualification.

• Have a good understanding of technical systems, measurement technology, and automation.

• Have an interest in construction, technical installations, and project management.

• Are capable of working independently and taking responsibility for technical project activities.

• Possess strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner.

• Have good communication and cooperation skills when working with different professional groups.

Previous experience in the construction and contracting industry is an advantage but not a requirement.

Relevant introduction and training in Danish construction methods, technical standards, and company procedures will be provided.
