Technology Programme Manager

Technology and strategy rarely move in straight lines, and that is exactly where this role comes in. As a Technology Programme Manager at Danske Bank, you will bring structure and direction to complex cross-domain programmes, turning strategic priorities into coordinated, measurable delivery. You will gain broad exposure across the organisation and work at a level where your contributions genuinely shape outcomes.

What you will be doing

You will join the Tech Innovation & Foundation department, a team that works at the intersection of technology and strategic change across Danske Bank. The work is broad, substantive, and connected to priorities that matter at the highest levels of the organisation. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, sponsors, and change and transformation colleagues across multiple domains, helping to create clarity, alignment, and momentum in environments where complexity is the norm.

More specifically, you will:

• Lead complex technology programmes, setting clear outcomes, milestones, and success measures
• Coordinate execution across teams and domains, managing interdependencies and maintaining pace
• Build robust programme governance, creating transparency around risks, decisions, and financials
• Track benefits realisation and maintain alignment between delivery outcomes and strategic priorities
• Engage senior stakeholders, providing fact-based insights and clear recommendations on progress and decisions

About you

• Solid experience leading large, complex technology or transformation programmes
• Skilled at translating strategy into clear plans, outcomes, and measurable results
• Able to create structure and direction across multiple projects and interdependencies
• Strong understanding of programme governance, risk, financial management, and benefits realisation
• Clear and confident communicator who builds alignment across organisational boundaries
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to navigate trade-offs and drive decisions when needed

Experience in a financial services or similarly regulated environment would be an advantage. Familiarity with structured change and adoption methodologies is a welcome addition to your profile.

Monthly salary range from 4400 EUR to 6600 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
