Experienced IT Specialist to lead transformations initiatives, 12-months maternity cover - Aarhus

Our ambition with this change is to strengthen end-to-end product accountability, introduce more fit-for-purpose practices, improve cross-team transparency, and create common guidance and capability-building activities across IT & Digital,” says Head of Product IT, Kasper Duus.

How will you make an impact

As Experienced IT Specialist in the IT Excellence team, you will take ownership of key transformation and continuous-improvement initiatives, moving between strategic thinking, practical design, stakeholder alignment and hands-on execution. Your key responsibilities will include

• Shape and improve our IT operating model and product-led ways of working, translating ambitions into our product lifecycle model, roadmaps, roles, and processes.
• Drive adoption and anchoring of change, ensuring new ways of working become part of everyday behaviors and continue to evolve after implementation.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, creating alignment across stakeholders, clarifying ownership, and turning complex challenges into actionable solutions.
• Use data, insights, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities, challenge existing practices, and help demonstrate progress and value.
• Enable leaders and teams to succeed with change through facilitation, capability building, clear guidance, and practical tools.

This is a maternity cover position of 12 months based in Aarhus.

What will make you successful

You bring solid experience within organizational transformation, operating-model development, change management, continuous improvement, management consulting, or a similar field.

You are comfortable translating ambition into action and have experience driving change from design through implementation and adoption. You combine a structured and analytical mindset with strong stakeholder-management and facilitation skills. We expect the ideal candidate brings

• 5+ years of experience with large-scale transformation initiatives
• Experience with or understanding of product-led IT organizations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with organizational design, capability building, performance insights or agile/continuous-improvement practices is an advantage

Most importantly, you are pragmatic and hands-on. You are comfortable challenging existing thinking, navigating ambiguity, and creating momentum without relying on formal authority.
