Junior Paid Social Specialist - Part-time
Are you curious about digital marketing and ready to take your next step in paid advertising, helping grow a subscription business across Europe?
Goodiebox has transformed significantly over the past three years. We have delivered consistent positive EBITDA, become an AI-first company, and are now combining month-on-month growth with continued profitability across 15 European markets.
We’re looking for a structured and curious Junior Paid Social Specialist to support our Growth Lead across Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube. You’ll work with campaigns, creatives and performance data, learning how paid advertising contributes to profitable growth.
You’ll join a seven-person Growth Team, working alongside passionate colleagues with an approximately DKK 2 million monthly growth budget. Together, we work to attract more members, improve acquisition costs and conversion across the full funnel, and strengthen the long-term value of the members we acquire.
This is an opportunity to build on your knowledge, learn from experienced colleagues and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop your skills.
Your role
You’ll report directly to our Growth Lead and become part of our Growth Team, working alongside colleagues across Creative, Social Media, Retention and Development.
Your main focus will be supporting the day-to-day execution of our advertising activities. That means making sure campaigns launch correctly, keeping our work organized and helping us understand what drives performance.
You don’t need to arrive as an expert. Some hands-on experience with paid social is a big plus, whether from a previous role, an internship or your own projects. Above all, we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, pays attention to detail and is eager to learn.
What you’ll do
Build and launch campaigns: Support campaign setup across Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube, including uploading creatives, creating compelling ad copy, testing new landing pages and ensuring every launch is smooth.
Monitor performance: Help track spend and results across markets, spot changes and flag opportunities or issues to the Growth Lead.
Support reporting and analysis: Maintain performance reports and turn data into clear observations that help guide our next steps.
Help improve our creatives: Work with the Growth Lead and our in-house creators to identify promising ads, prepare creative variations and share learnings from performance.
Keep testing organized: Support creative and campaign experiments, track what we’re testing and document results so we can build on what we learn.
Maintain structure and quality: Keep naming conventions, campaign assets and tracking links consistent, and support coordination across markets.
Use AI in your daily work: Explore tools that help with analysis, copy variations and repetitive tasks, while checking the quality and accuracy of the output.
Who we’re looking for
You’re likely studying marketing, business, communications or a related field. Most importantly, you’re interested in digital marketing and motivated to put that interest into practice.
We imagine that you:
Have a structured approach and enjoy keeping track of details, tasks and deadlines.
Are comfortable working with numbers and curious about why performance changes.
Have a basic working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Take initiative, follow through and ask questions when something is unclear.
Have a commercial mindset and want to understand how advertising contributes to business results.
Communicate clearly in English; a Nordic language is a plus.
Are curious about AI and open to learning new tools.
Ideally, you’ve already had some exposure to advertising platforms, campaign setup or performance reporting. Experience is a plus, but not a requirement if you bring a structured approach, curiosity and a strong motivation to learn.
What we offer
Structured onboarding and hands-on training in advertising platforms.
Close mentorship and regular feedback from our Growth Lead.
Experience working with live campaigns across multiple European markets.
Collaboration with in-house creatives and other marketing specialists.
Growing responsibility as you develop your skills.
A collaborative environment where your ideas and observations are welcome.
Practical information
Hours: Approximately 16-24 hours per week, with the schedule agreed around your studies.
Location: Islands Brygge, Copenhagen. Primarily based in our office.
Start date: 1st of December.
Application deadline: We interview on an ongoing basis, so send us your application as soon as possible.
Please include your CV, a few lines about why you’re interested and your weekly availability.
Ready to learn how paid advertising works in practice? We’d love to hear from you.
