WHY WORK AT JOE & THE JUICE
JOE & THE JUICE is a people-centric food and beverage company built around culture, offering much more than just juice, sandwiches, and coffee.
We believe in four simple virtues that shape everything we do:
- Positive Attitude
- Inclusion
- Social Ties
- Growth
For us, this means that when you choose a cup-half-full mindset, welcome people from every background, build real friendships across the bar by creating great guest experiences, and use every shift as a chance to learn something new, you become more than just a Juicer; like us, you continue to search and find purpose and meaning in what you do.
From your first day, you'll be part of an international network of Juicers who support each other, celebrate wins together, and push each other to grow. You will learn by doing and move through our Moneyball career path, our internal system that tracks your performance and fast-tracks you toward promotion. Most of our leaders have earned their stripes behind the bar (fun fact: over 75% of our employees started as Juicers!), so you will always be part of a company built on that same journey. If you love a fast-paced environment, music, and people, and you like the idea of turning a job into a lifestyle, JOE can become a place to build skills, friendships, and a career that takes you across cities, countries, and roles.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Juicer at JOE & THE JUICE, your primary responsibilities are guest service and preparing food, juices, coffee, and similar items. You'll help ensure the bar always looks clean, welcoming, and ready for our guests. You report to your Store Manager, and as part of the team, your tasks may evolve alongside the store's needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make every guest feel welcome and taken care of, from the moment they walk in.
- Make every juice, sandwich, and coffee with passion, that's what makes them taste better. Keep your station and the bar spotless, because a clean bar is part of the experience too.
- Have your teammates' backs and jump in wherever it's needed, because a great shift is always a team effort
- And most important: a positive mindset, always.
WHO YOU ARE
Behind every bar, on every shift, there's a Juicer who shows up with energy and makes someone's day a little brighter. That's the standard here, not one person doing it well, but all of us doing it together.
- You bring the good energy, no matter what kind of day it's been. You treat your teammates like family and your guests like they matter, because they do.
- You're humble enough to learn, honest enough to be trusted.
- You take pride in the work, even when no one's watching.
If that sounds like you, you're already one of us. Come prove it!
