Senior Analyst, JOE Insights

JOB SUMMARY

JOE & THE JUICE is on an ambitious global growth trajectory - scaling toward 1,000+ bars, preparing for an IPO, and building the infrastructure of a world-class public company. As Senior Analyst in JOE Insights, our analytics function within FP&A, you will report to the Head of BI and turn raw data into sharp, commercially relevant insights for senior management. Your analysis will directly inform decisions from same store sales performance to new launches and commercial initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build detailed, high quality insights pieces that inform decisions made by senior management, translating data into clear commercial narratives
• Own, build and support financial modelling and analytics work related to JOE's growth journey
• Partner with FP&A, BI, and business stakeholders to answer priority questions with structured, rigorous analysis
• Work with SQL, BI, and AI tools to pull, shape, and validate the data behind every insight, and know it well enough to defend every number
• Support strategic initiatives, contributing analysis and insight that enable well informed decision making across the organization
• Conduct competitor and macroeconomic analysis, including tracking input price developments across the business
• Challenge and sanity check numbers before they reach leadership, ensuring every insight is accurate, defensible, and decision ready
• Turn open ended, loosely defined questions into structured analyses with a clear point of view on what the business should do next
• Build and maintain analytical frameworks and templates that make future insights pieces faster and sharper to produce
• Contribute to building JOE Insights into a best in class analytics function, helping shape how the team works as it grows

WHO YOU ARE

• You are curious and thorough, and you do not settle for the first answer a dataset gives you
• You take pride in producing analysis that holds up to scrutiny, not just analysis that is directionally right
• You are as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are explaining what it means to a stakeholder
• You filter complexity down to the insight that matters, hold yourself to a high standard, and take ownership of your work from first question to final slide

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 2-4 years of experience from investment banking, transaction advisory, strategy consulting, corporate finance, or FP&A
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similarly quantitative field
• Strong analytical depth combined with a genuinely commercial mindset - you connect numbers to what they mean for the business
• High work ethic and ownership, comfortable moving from an open ended question to a sharp, structured answer with limited guidance
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are required; experience with SQL and BI tools is a significant plus
• Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex analysis into insights that senior leaders can act on quickly
• Fluency in English, and a base in Copenhagen or willingness to commute daily
