Job Description

ProService Vikar ApS is looking for skilled, experienced, and motivated chefs to join our professional team on a full-time basis.

We are a staffing company providing qualified kitchen professionals to canteens, hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality businesses across Copenhagen and surrounding areas.

We are seeking reliable, flexible, and hardworking chefs who can work independently and contribute to the smooth daily operations of professional kitchens.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and hot meals.

• Work in canteens, hotels, and restaurant kitchens.

• Prepare and present hot and cold dishes.

• Assist with buffet preparation and daily kitchen operations.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.

• Follow food safety regulations and kitchen procedures.

• Work closely with head chefs and other kitchen staff.

• Manage assigned kitchen responsibilities independently.

Requirements

• Qualified chef or relevant kitchen experience.

• Previous experience in canteens, hotels, or restaurants.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.

• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and responsible.

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

• English communication skills are sufficient. Danish language skills are not required.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work at different locations.
