EXPERIENCED SUSHI COOK

About the Position

Sushi Nørregade ApS is looking for an experienced and motivated Cook specializing in sushi , Japanese cuisine and combodian cuisine to join our restaurant team in central Copenhagen.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience preparing sushi and other Japanese dishes, and combodian cuisine ,a passion for Japanese cuisine, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Job Details

• Job title: Cook – Sushi and Japanese Cuisine and combodian couisine 
• Employment type: Full-time, permanent position
• Working hours: 37 hours per week
• Monthly salary: EUR 4,600 or equivalent to danish currency of 4600 € gross
• Start date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, combodian dishes and other Japanese dishes.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Manage food preparation efficiently during busy service periods.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience preparing sushi  combodian and Japanese cuisine.
• Good knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese ingredients.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A responsible attitude and commitment to quality.
