Effective from 2026-10-19
Terms of use
These terms apply to everyone who uses jajob.dk, operated by LynBro ApS, CVR no. 46321499, Rødovre Parkvej 276, 2610 Rødovre, Denmark ("we"). Section 3 applies to job seekers, sections 4–8 to employers. By creating an account you accept these terms. These terms, the privacy policy, the cookie policy, the data processing agreement and the emails we send are in English and Danish; the Danish version prevails. The site can also be shown in Ukrainian (and other languages we add) for convenience. That is a translation of the interface only, it has no legal effect, and if it differs from the English or Danish text, the English or Danish text applies.
1. The service
jajob.dk is a job platform: job seekers find and apply for jobs; employers publish job ads, search the CV database and handle applications. We provide the platform. We are not a party to employment between job seekers and employers, and we do not guarantee that a job ad leads to a hire or that an application is answered.
2. Your account
You must give a correct email address and keep your password and one-time codes to yourself. You may not use bots or other automated means (except through our API) to create accounts, sign in or submit forms; we may block requests that look automated. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can close your account and download your data at any time in your account settings.
3. Job seekers
- The service is free for job seekers.
- What you write in your profile, CV and applications must be true, and you may only share your own data.
- You decide who can see each part of your profile and when your contact details are shared (see the privacy policy, section 3). Your contact details are shared only with employers you apply to or whose invitation you accept.
- Your profile stays active for 6 months at a time. Before it expires we remind you, and you can extend it by 6 months with one click.
4. Employers and job ads
- An employer account is for businesses. The person creating it confirms that they may act on behalf of the company.
- Job ads must be for real, available positions and comply with Danish law, including the Act on Prohibition of Discrimination in the Labour Market (forskelsbehandlingsloven), the Equal Pay Act and the rules on pay transparency when they apply. Ads may not ask for age, gender, health, religion or similar unless the law allows it.
- You may only use candidate data you receive through jajob.dk for the recruitment it was given for. You may not copy profiles out of the service, sell or share them, or contact candidates for marketing.
- We may edit, hide or remove job ads and accounts that break these terms or the law, and we may close accounts used for misuse.
- Job ads from public sources and claiming a company. We may show job ads that an employer has itself published publicly, with a link to the original, and a company page built from public CVR data. We correct or remove such ads at the employer's request within 5 working days. A person authorised to act for the company can claim it, either with an email address at the company's own web domain or after a manual check by us; by claiming you confirm that authority, and we may refuse or revoke a claim we cannot verify. After a claim the company manages its page, ads and applications.
5. CV database and invitations
- Employers with CV database access can find candidates who have chosen to be visible to employers, and see only what each candidate allows.
- An invitation must concern a real, relevant position and be written personally. Mass mailing, invitations unrelated to a position, and attempts to obtain contact details outside the service are not allowed. The number of invitations per month depends on the plan.
- Candidates can decline, block and report. We may limit or close access for employers that misuse invitations.
6. Import from your applicant tracking system (ATS)
- If you connect your ATS, you confirm that the company has the right to publish the imported job ads and instruct us to show them on jajob.dk and keep them updated from your ATS until you disconnect.
- You are responsible for the content of imported ads as if you had written them on jajob.dk, including that they comply with section 4.
- We only read the public job feed or the key your company has given us; we do not access other data in your ATS. You can pause or disconnect at any time; ads from the ATS are then closed on jajob.dk.
7. AI assistance
AI features (the assistant, matching, application summaries, job ad drafts, interview questions, translation) are assistance. They can be wrong. A person at the employer must make every decision about a candidate; the service must not be used to reject candidates automatically. The assistant only proposes actions; nothing is changed until you confirm.
8. Plans, campaigns and payment
- The free plan includes the features described at jajob.dk. Paid plans (Pro, Business) are subscriptions paid monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are shown excluding VAT; Danish VAT is added at checkout.
- The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; it then ends at the end of the paid period. Paid periods are not refunded.
- Paid plans are sold to businesses only; consumer rules such as the right of withdrawal therefore do not apply.
- Founding employer campaign: while places are available, a limited number of companies with a valid Danish CVR number get the Pro plan free for a limited period (number of places and period are shown on the front page). One campaign per CVR number. The campaign does not turn into a paid subscription by itself: when it ends, the company moves to the free plan unless it chooses a paid plan. Active job ads above the free plan's limit are not removed, but new ones cannot be published until the limit allows it. We may end the campaign for new companies at any time; places already granted are honoured.
- If a payment fails, the plan falls back to the free plan after Stripe's reminders.
- Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next period.
9. Data processing for employers
When an employer uses the hiring tools, the employer is the controller of that candidate data and LynBro ApS is its processor. Our data processing agreement forms part of these terms and is accepted together with them. A signed copy can be requested at info@jajob.dk.
10. Content and rights
You keep the rights to what you upload, and you give us the right to show and process it to provide the service. The platform, its design and code belong to LynBro ApS. Systematic copying of job ads or profiles (scraping) requires our written permission.
11. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may develop and change features. If we remove a feature you pay for, we announce it at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel with effect from the change.
12. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect loss, including lost profit, loss of data or the outcome of a recruitment. Our total liability towards a business is limited to what it has paid us in the 12 months before the event causing the loss. These limitations do not apply to intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory law gives you more.
13. Changes to these terms
Changes to your disadvantage are announced at least 30 days in advance by email. If you do not accept them, you can close your account before they take effect.
14. Governing law and venue
Danish law applies. Disputes are settled by the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings where you live, and the mandatory rules of that country continue to apply.
