Substitute Housekeeper for Serviced-living Apartments

LifeX is seeking one or more substitute cleaning assistants/housekeepers for our Operations Team. This person will be responsible for the daily cleaning tasks of our co-living apartments in Copenhagen. This means taking replacement shifts when other housekeepers are sick, on vacation, and also during busy periods for us. There might be a possibility of fixed hours later on if performance is high quality.

LifeX is a service-living property manager offering fully-furnished, cleaned, and maintained apartments with the aim of making internationals feel 'at home anywhere in the world'. We operate in Denmark, Germany & Norway.

Tasks:

• General apartment cleaning in rooms, common areas, kitchens, and bathrooms, which includes: all surfaces, floors, window sills, desks, corners, laundry areas, and sinks.

• Deep cleaning in different locations, including tasks such as descaling shower heads, cleaning ovens, electrical appliances, and unclogging drains in bathrooms.

• Receive orders from online retailers and be present during technician visits.

• Check out cleanings making sure that the room is spotless for the next person moving in, and checking for any damages or missing items.

• General communication with the operations team and members.
