We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Copenhagen and the Greater Copenhagen area.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play an important role in ensuring efficient daily operations and consistently high cleaning standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, coordinating, and supervising daily cleaning operations

• Leading, supporting, and providing instructions to cleaning staff

• Training employees in professional cleaning methods, hygiene, and safety procedures

• Conducting regular quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are maintained

• Identifying areas for improvement and following up on corrective actions

• Ensuring that cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies are available and used correctly

• Maintaining cleaning documentation and reporting

• Communicating professionally with clients and employees

• Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and quality control

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a responsible, structured, and service-minded person who enjoys taking ownership and leading by example.

We expect you to:

• Have solid experience in professional or commercial cleaning

• Have previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role

• Possess strong organizational and planning skills

• Be able to motivate, guide, and support cleaning employees

• Have a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and attention to detail

• Be independent, reliable, and solution-oriented

• Have good communication skills and a professional approach to clients

• Be flexible regarding working hours and locations

• Be able to communicate in English

Working hours: Flexible, depending on client requirements. Early morning, evening, night, and weekend work may occasionally be required.
