THE OPPORTUNITY

At Boozt, sponsorships are more than logos on a jersey or a brand presence at an event. They are an opportunity to connect with our customers, strengthen our brand and create commercial value.

From Danish and Swedish handball to Royal Run and Vikingur, you will manage a portfolio of sponsorships, lead commercial negotiations and turn our investments into impactful brand activations. Working closely with external partners and teams across Boozt, you will maximise the value of each collaboration.

This is a role where commercial understanding, strong relationships and the ability to turn ideas into action are key.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be responsible for the commercial and practical execution of our sponsorships, from negotiations to activation and evaluation. This will include:

• Oversee the portfolio: Ensure our collaborations across sports and events support Boozt’s brand and commercial objectives.

• Lead negotiations: Negotiate commercial terms, rights and budgets with clubs, rights holders, agencies and other partners to secure the right value for Boozt.

• Drive activations: Turn sponsorship agreements into engaging campaigns and experiences, from planning to execution and follow-up.

• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders, including Buying and Marketing, to align sponsorship activities with Boozt’s objectives.

• Measure performance: Track KPIs, evaluate results and identify opportunities to maximise the value of our sponsorship investments.

YOUR PROFILE
You are proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership. You enjoy building relationships, negotiating agreements and finding solutions that create value for the business. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage projects independently and are ready to go the extra mile during key events and peak seasons. You have:

• 5 years of experience in sponsorships, sports marketing or brand activation, ideally from an agency, sports organisation or in-house team.

• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate commercial terms, sponsorship rights and budgets.

• Proven experience managing activations from planning to execution and evaluation.

• A structured, solution-oriented approach and the flexibility to work around key events and seasonal peaks.

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.

• Fluency in English, our corporate language.
