Kitchen Assistant – Part-Time / Full-Time

Maharaja Indian Restaurant – Østerbro, Copenhagen

Maharaja Indian Restaurant is looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen.

We are a well-established Indian restaurant with a strong focus on authentic Indian cuisine, quality ingredients and professional kitchen operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting chefs with daily food preparation.

• Assisting with Indian bread preparation and other traditional dishes.

• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and organisation.

• Supporting the kitchen team during busy service hours.

• Ensuring smooth and efficient daily kitchen operations.

Your Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is preferred, but not a must.

• Experience with Indian or South Asian cuisine is an advantage.

• Reliable, punctual and responsible.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.

• Willingness to assist with all daily kitchen duties.
