Senior Auditor

Are you ready to engage in audit projects within a complex and evolving business environment? Join our Audit LC&I team and apply your experience in capital markets and investment management to provide valuable insights across Danske Bank's Large Corporates & Institutions organisation.

 What you will be doing

You will contribute to audit projects spanning all aspects of LC&I, working with a team that oversees critical areas of the bank's operations across the Nordic region and internationally. Your work will directly support the oversight and enhancement of practices within Large Corporates & Institutions, covering Asset Management, Corporate & Institutional Banking, Investment Banking, Fund Management, Markets, Strategy & Development and Transaction Banking.

 Being part of the Audit LC&I team, some of your areas of responsibility will be to:

• Lead or contribute to audit projects within LC&I ensuring comprehensive risk coverage
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal governance and risk management processes
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with LC&I representatives, ensuring a collaborative and transparent dialogue around current and developing risks
• Assist in the risk assessment of LC&I business areas and provide input to our audit response
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry best practices

About you

• Demonstrated experience with capital markets and investment products, obtained either through performing such activities or through a function responsible for overseeing them
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to investor protection and market integrity
• Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to analyse data and utilise AI in audit work
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Auditing, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an audit, compliance or risk function, or extensive experience from working in a capital markets/investment management function
