Tir Na Nog is looking for some motivated and hardworking Kitchen Assistants to join our dynamic team at FLUX.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for reliable and positive Kitchen Assistants to support our kitchen team and help maintain smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is:

• Experienced: It is a must that you have tried a similar position before
• Hardworking: Enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Organized: Able to keep workstations clean, tidy, and efficient.
• Flexible: Open to different kitchen tasks and willing to learn.
• Dependable: Punctual, responsible, and ready to support the team when needed - working hours primarily evening and weekends
• Internationally Minded: Comfortable communicating in English and working in a multicultural environment.

We expect you to work at least 10 hours a week. You are always welcome to take more shifts up to around 35 hours a week. So we are flexible on hours.  

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting chefs with food preparation and kitchen tasks.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen.
• Washing dishes and ensuring kitchen equipment is kept clean.
• Helping with stock handling and basic kitchen setup.
• Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
