Staff Product Manager - Consumer (Parcels)

Too Good To Go

Imported from Ashby

At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.

More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss.

Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at ⅓ of retail value. We are on a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

We’re growing fast: Our community of 120 million registered users and 180,000 active partners across 20 countries, have together already saved over 500 million meals from going to waste

In 2026, Too Good To Go was recognized on Fortune’s acclaimed ‘Change the World’ list for the second time in three years.

Your mission

Too Good To Go Parcels takes our fight against food waste to ecommerce. We rescue surplus groceries from brands and manufacturers, such as short-dated stock, overproduction and packaging changes. Consumers buy them in the Too Good To Go app and get them delivered to their door.

As Staff Product Manager for Parcels, you’ll own the consumer shopping experience end to end: how people discover Parcels, browse, build a basket, check out and come back for more. A big part of the job is a strategic question: whether and how the Parcels experience should be woven into our core marketplace, so that millions of Too Good To Go users find it organically and make it part of the experience they already love.

The role is a senior individual contributor role reporting to our VP of Product. You’ll lead cross-functional squads of Design, Engineering and Data, and work closely with Commercial, Supply and Operations.

What you’ll do

  • Set the consumer strategy for Parcels. Define a clear multi-year vision for the Parcels shopping experience. Turn it into OKRs and a sequenced roadmap, and explain the trade-offs to senior leadership.

  • Shape how Parcels and the marketplace come together. Decide whether and how Parcels should be integrated into the core Too Good To Go app experience. Test and evaluate options with care, balancing Parcels growth against the health of the wider marketplace, and work with fellow product leaders to land the right answer.

  • Build a best-in-class e-commerce funnel. Improve every step from discovery through product pages, basket, checkout and payment. Use rigorous experiments to grow conversion, AOV and order frequency.

  • Solve problems unique to our model: an assortment that frequently changes, limited stock and short shelf life. Use merchandising, search, personalisation, and recommendations so customers find what they want and trust what they get.

  • Turn first-time buyers into regulars. Shape first-order activation, reorder loops and lifecycle touchpoints.

  • Grow with commercial discipline. Understand how product decisions affect basket composition, margin and cost to serve, and make growth trade-offs together with Commercial and Operations.

  • Lead through insight. Combine product analytics, A/B testing, user research and market benchmarks to find and size opportunities, and report clearly on conversion, retention, AOV and frequency.

  • Raise the bar. Lead without direct authority, mentor other PMs, and be a go-to voice on e-commerce product practice across the Product organisation.

  • Bring the outside in. Track how leading grocery, quick-commerce and direct-to-consumer players are evolving, and bring ideas that keep Parcels ahead.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management, including significant time at Senior or Staff level solving consumer-facing problems at scale.

  • B2C e-commerce experience, including owning conversion, basket and checkout, or retention for an online retail, grocery, marketplace, direct-to-consumer business or equivalent, and can point to the metrics you moved.

  • Strong experimentation and analytical skills. You design sound A/B tests, read funnels and cohorts fluently, and are comfortable working with the data yourself.

  • A commercial mindset. You understand e-commerce economics (AOV, CAC, LTV, margin) and use them to prioritise.

  • Deep customer empathy. You run user research and turn qualitative and quantitative insight into product bets.

  • Strategic and hands-on. You move easily between a multi-year vision and the next sprint’s details.

  • Strong partnership with Design and Engineering. You frame problems well and get to great solutions through iteration and testing.

  • Influence. You get alignment across functions and with leadership, handle pushback with evidence, and get people to believe in your plan.

  • Experience shaping a multi-product consumer app. You may have integrated a new proposition into an existing app, or balanced several offerings in one app, without diluting the core experience.
