We’re looking for a Skilled Production Chef with strong knowledge of Ukrainian cuisine

At Best Western Plus Park Globetrotter Copenhagen Airport, we are looking for an experienced chef with strong knowledge of authentic Ukrainian cuisine to join our kitchen team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in good craftsmanship, authentic flavours and consistent quality — and who enjoys being part of a team where cooperation, responsibility and a practical approach are important.

In this role, you will have a key part in preparing and developing our Ukrainian food production and ensuring that our dishes are made with the same quality and authenticity every time.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has professional kitchen experience, preferably as a trained chef

• Has strong knowledge of traditional Ukrainian dishes and cooking methods

• Is comfortable working with larger-scale food production

• Works independently, structured and with attention to detail

• Has a strong focus on quality, food safety and hygiene

• Can communicate in English or Danish

• Enjoys being part of a hands-on and supportive kitchen team

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, cooking and portioning Ukrainian dishes

• Maintaining and standardising recipes

• Ensuring consistent taste and quality

• Supporting an efficient and well-organised daily production

• Contributing to high food safety and hygiene standards
