Indian Cuisine – Restaurant Banana Leaf is Randers' new authentic Indian restaurant. We offer a challenging and exciting workplace where our guests are served authentic Indian menus, with a focus on high quality, good service and a family atmosphere.

Job responsibilities,

• Preparation of the daily dishes and monthly menus

• Plating the food, adjusting flavours and spices, ensuring consistent quality and portion sizes

• Contributing to menu planning

About our new chef,
You are a qualified chef specialising in Indian cuisine, with a focus on quality and taste, and you contribute to creating a dining experience that makes our guests want to visit us again.

You are professional and have a personality that embraces different cultures. You are welcoming and cooperative. You must focus on hygiene and ensure that our dishes maintain the high standards that our guests expect from Banana Leaf. You are well-organised and able to maintain an overview during busy periods.

This is a full-time position with varying working hours.

Terms of employment,

Du er uddannet kok i det indiske køkken, har fokus på kvalitet og smag, og deltager i at skabe en mad-oplevelse, der gør, at vores gæster har lyst til at besøge os igen.
 
Du er professionel og har en personlighed, der kan rumme forskellige kulturer. Du er imødekommende og samarbejdsorienteret. Du skal have fokus på hygiejne og vores serveringer har den høje standard, som vores gæster forventer af Banana Leaf. Du har en god ordenssans og kan bevare overblikket, når der er travlt.
