Your profile is not visible to employers until you switch it on. This is privacy by default.

What changes when you switch it on

When your profile is searchable, employers looking for candidates can see your headline, skills, languages and why you match their job. They never see your name, email or phone number before you apply to them.

When you apply

When you apply to a job, that employer receives your application and profile details so they can assess it.

Switching it off

You can hide your profile again at any time from your dashboard or profile page. It takes effect immediately for new searches.
