Posting a job as an employer

Create your company

Sign up as an employer and add your company. If you enter your CVR number, jajob fills in the company name, address and other public register data automatically. You can invite colleagues as owner, recruiter or viewer.

Create a job ad

Go to New vacancy and fill in:

• Title and description — what the job is and what the person will do.
• Salary range — required on jajob. Showing a salary range is expected under the upcoming Danish pay transparency rules, and candidates search by it.
• Danish requirement — required, preferred or not needed. Be honest: many candidates on jajob work in English.
• Working languages, remote/hybrid/on-site and location.
• Screening questions (optional) — one question per line.
• Interview criteria — used for structured scorecards.
• Expected process and response time — shown to candidates to build trust.

Plans and prices

Plans are per company. Prices are per month, excluding Danish VAT (25 %), which is added at checkout:

• Free — 0 DKK. Up to 2 active job ads, applications, pipeline and chat.
• Pro — 795 DKK/month. Up to 20 active job ads.
• Business — 1,995 DKK/month. Unlimited active job ads, plus the CV database: search candidates who chose to be visible and invite them to talk.

Upgrade, change card or cancel any time under Subscription in your dashboard; payments are handled by Stripe.

Founding employers: the first 50 companies that add a CVR number found in the Danish company register get Pro free for 6 months. There is no automatic payment afterwards — the company moves to Free, and job ads that are already active are never closed.

Writing inclusive ads

Do not mention age, gender or other protected characteristics. Describe language needs as levels (for example "Danish B2") rather than "native speaker". The AI helper on the edit page can point out wording to check.
