Your account and privacy

Signing in and out

You stay signed in on a device for up to 7 days. "Log out everywhere" on your dashboard signs out all your devices at once.

What we store

We store what you give us — your account, profile, applications and messages — so the service works. Details, legal bases and retention periods are in the privacy policy.

Cookies

jajob uses only a session cookie to keep you signed in and a local setting for light/dark theme. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. See the cookie policy.

Download your data

On your dashboard, Download my data (JSON) gives you everything we store about you in one file: account, profile (including name, phone and links), applications with messages and status history, invitations, saved searches and jobs, followed companies, notifications and your conversations with the AI assistant.

Closing your account

You can close your account yourself from the dashboard (Close account), confirmed with your password. What happens:

• You are signed out on all devices at once, and your profile is hidden immediately — employers can no longer find or invite you.
• Your saved searches stop sending alerts.
• After 30 days your account and everything that belongs to it — profile, applications, messages and invitations — is deleted or anonymised. Employers lose access to your applications at that point.

Download your data first if you want to keep a copy. Employer accounts: if you are the only owner of a company with a team, hand over the owner role first; if you are the last member of a company on a paid plan, cancel the plan first. The company page itself stays, because CVR data is public.
