Product Procurement Manager, Parental Cover

Parental Leave Cover (approx. 12 months)

Right now, we're looking for a Product Procurement Manager to join us on a parental leave cover for approximately one year. You'll play a key role in ensuring our products are sourced responsibly, competitively, and efficiently, while helping us deliver the fun, innovative products our customers know and love.

What you'll be doing

As our Product Procurement Manager, you'll lead our Product Procurement team and collaborate closely with Buying, Planning, Sustainability, Logistics, our Shanghai office, and suppliers across the globe.

Among other things, you'll:

• Lead and develop a team consisting of a Product Procurement Specialist and a Student Assistant
• Own and continuously optimize our global supplier matrix together with Heads of Buying and Buying Managers
• Drive supplier performance management, ensuring high standards within quality, compliance, delivery performance, and sustainability
• Lead sourcing initiatives and identify new supplier opportunities across categories and regions
• Support and drive negotiations that improve gross margin, reduce costs, and strengthen long-term partnerships
• Lead tender rounds, competitive bidding processes, and strategic sourcing projects
• Balance commercial objectives with sustainability ambitions and risk management
• Support product engineering and design-to-cost initiatives
• Manage claims and supplier negotiations related to quality and production issues
• Drive cross-functional procurement projects that help us become faster, smarter, and even better at bringing products to market

Who you are

You combine commercial sharpness with strong relationship-building skills. You're analytical, structured, and confident navigating complex stakeholder environments, but you also know that great sourcing is ultimately about great collaboration.

We imagine that you:

• Hold a relevant master's degree, preferably within sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related field
• Have solid experience within sourcing, procurement, or supplier management
• Bring strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
• Have experience leading or developing others
• Are comfortable working with data and advanced Excel
• Speak and write English fluently
• Take ownership and naturally drive things forward
• Have a commercial mindset and an eye for both the details and the bigger picture
• Enjoy working in an international and fast-moving environment

Experience with consumer goods, retail, or category sourcing is considered a strong advantage.
