ABOUT THE JOB

As our Banquet Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily operation of the Banquet department. You will lead and support a team of dedicated waiters and ensure that meetings, events and celebrations are executed to the high standards our guests expect from d’Angleterre.

A central part of your role will be communication and coordination. You will work closely with colleagues across the hotel, communicate directly with meeting and event guests, and ensure that everyone involved has the information they need.

You will be expected to take ownership, remain calm when plans change and set the standard through your own presence and behavior.

• Have experience from a similar role within hotels, restaurants, events or luxury hospitality
• Have strong leadership skills and enjoy taking responsibility
• Are an excellent communicator who can communicate confidently with guests, colleagues and management

• Are structured, proactive and attentive to detail
• Stay calm and solution-oriented when priorities change
• Lead by example and take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences
• Enjoy working closely with other departments and understand the importance of teamwork
• Are flexible and comfortable working evenings, weekends and varying shifts
