Regulatory Trade Specialist - Aarhus

At Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI), we are looking for a Regulatory Trade Specialist to support our global export activities and maintain the documentation and processes that enable compliant trade across international markets. How will you make an impact?

As Regulatory Trade Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating trade-related documentation, registrations, and administrative processes that support AFI's global export activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, authorities, and colleagues across Arla to ensure required documentation remains accurate, compliant, and available when needed.

Furthermore, we are looking for a candidate who can

• Maintain and continuously update export-related background documentation required for certification and export of products from Denmark (e.g. Indenrigserklæringer).
• Support the registration and maintenance of dairy establishments, export approvals, and trade-related records across AFI and Arla.
• Manage and coordinate import and export sample processes in compliance with applicable requirements and internal procedures.
• Maintain trade-related databases, documentation, and systems to ensure accurate and compliant records.
• Support audits, inspections, and requests from authorities by preparing and coordinating relevant documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of trade administration processes and documentation management.

You enjoy taking ownership of your responsibilities and coordinating multiple activities while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. As much of the role involves recurring regulatory administration and detailed document maintenance, you are comfortable working systematically while keeping sight of the wider processes and dependencies. You have a service-minded approach and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across functions and geographies.

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have

• Experience from an administrative, operational, export, logistics, compliance, or regulatory role.
• Experience working with documentation management, registrations, databases, or other quality-controlled processes.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to managing recurring operational tasks.
• Good IT skills and experience working across multiple systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

A relevant educational background within administration, logistics, food industry, export, compliance, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
